lindaslids.net was two years old in March 2011!  Thank you wonderful and loyal customers. It's been a blast!

Linda’s Lids was born in August of 2007 as a means of saving money for a new hammered dulcimer. Business became very brisk and came to be viewed as a way to escape the dreaded 24 hour Recovery Room call.” PRN status was begun in August 2008 with prayer and trepidation and the thread has been flying ever since in the back bedroom nicknamed "“the hat factory."

 

My first hats were made for myself and my coworkers at the encouragement of my good friend, Becky. She generously provided ideas, ebay wisdom and yards of fabric as well as a thriving market in her place of employment.

Linda’s Lids began in 2007 as an Ebay store maintaining a Positive Feedback score of 100% for it's Ebay lifespan of two years.  This website, was created in 2009 and business has doubled each year since then.

 

I would like to thank my husband (volunteer, unpaid Chief Financial Officer and shipping clerk) for his business expertise, encouragement and patience, and my sons for their computer and marketing skills. There are many wonderful returns in putting your kids through college! I am very grateful for my late mother-in-law who made sure my husband excelled in laundry, vacuuming and fixing his own supper.

I would also like to thank my colleagues in the surgery department for their support and for buying my hats!
